Carte Blanche Scoops Prestigious Award for Best Service to Independent Retailers

10/5/13  Carte Blanche Group was delighted to accept a top industry award at last night’s prestigious Greats Awards ceremony.

 Now in their tenth year, The Greats Awards have become the accolades to strive for as they recognise and celebrate not only the top independent and multiple gift retailers regionally and nationally, but also one-off niche retailers and garden centres, as well as outstanding retail employees and service.

 Director of UK Sales, Martin Horner and the Carte Blanche team attended the glittering event at London’s Savoy and accepted the coveted Bronze award for Best Service to the Independent Retailer.

 Martin comments, “It’s fantastic to get such a validation with an award which is entirely voted for by our customers .We work incredibly hard to make sure our customers have a truly great experience in a world where faceless business is becoming the norm.”

 Nicky Machin, Executive Director with responsibility for Customer Services, adds “This Bronze award is testament not only to the systems we have in place to ensure that orders are delivered quickly and effectively, but also to the dedication of our outstanding customer service staff and sales executives on the road who understand and respond to the needs of our customers on a daily basis. “
