Tatty Teddy sends Christmas wishes to Great Ormond Street & Demelza House

12/12/13  Christmas is a special time of year, but for the children and families staying in hospitals and hospices over the festive period, the magic can sometimes be forgotten.

Armed with Me to You stockings packed full of goodies for the children, Tatty Teddy led a magical visit to the children at Great Ormond Street earlier today.

Carte Blanche Group Founder and Chairman, Stephen Haines took time out to be involved in the visit along with other members of the team, including Me to You Head Artist, Steve Mort-Hill, who spent time with many of the children teaching them how to draw Tatty Teddy and giving them a special piece of artwork created especially for the visit.

Tomorrow, Tatty Teddy and Steve Mort-Hill will visit more children at Demelza House children’s hospice in Kent to spread some Christmas wishes. The visit was donated by Carte Blanche to a ‘Children with Cancer’ charity auction. The prize raised an incredible £4,000 for the charity and the generous winning bidder donated the visit to their local hospice, Demelza House.
