The wonderful story of Carte Blanche began back in 1987, when Chairman Stephen Haines launched his company with a portfolio of just 12 cards . . . and a big dream.
Over the space of 21 years, Carte Blanche has grown, with energy and passion, into one of the UK's most successful companies, with a collection of well-known brands to its name.
Me to You is our Number One brand, with Tatty Teddy now recognised all over the world. His grey fur and blue nose have made him a distinctive character, loved by his fans for his gentle vulnerability and his messages of love and friendship. Tatty Teddy’s timeless illustrations are popular with young and old alike, communicating warmth and happiness, and touching people's lives all over the globe, in all situations.
Today, Tatty Teddy can be found on cards, stationery, clothing, jewellery and chocolates . . . and so much more. In Christmas 2008, he featured in his very first TV ad, spreading festive joy to all who know and love him.
