1. General
1.1 This Competition will run from 28/3/2012 (the “Start Date”) to 31/8/2012 (the “Closing Date”).
1.2 The Promoter responsible for the publication and adjudication of this Competition and the provision of the prizes is Carte Blanche Greetings Limited, Unit 3 Chichester Business Park, Chichester, West Sussex, PO20 2FT (“CBG”).
2. To enter
2.1 Entries should be submitted on the prescribed entry form and submitted electronically via the competition website or to CBG at the address in Rule 1. Entries through agents or third parties will be invalid.
2.2 All entries for the Competition must be received no later than midnight on the Closing Date to be eligible for selection.
2.3 Entries must be the work of the person submitting them and must not have been published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other Competition.
2.4 No purchase is necessary to enter this Competition.
3. Winner announcement
3.1 The winners will be announced on the CBG “Me to You” website (http://www.metoyou.com) the week commencing 3/9/2012 and the winners will be notified personally as soon as practicable either before or after this date as indicated in Rule 10.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The Competition is open to all United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 or over as at the Start Date and the date on which the winner is selected (inclusive), excluding employees of CBG or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of this Competition, or any member of their households.
5. Validity
There is a limit of one entry per person.
5.1 CBG does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or illegal entries. Illegible entries will be invalid and proof of sending/mailing is not proof of receipt. Correspondence will be entered into only at the discretion of CBG.
5.2 Late, illegible or defaced entries will not be accepted.
6. To win
6.1 The winning entries will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by CBG or its agents on 3/9/2012
6.2 The panel of Judges will be comprised of representatives of CBG’s marketing department. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.3 CBG will endeavour to provide all prize winners with confirmation that they have won a prize by 5/9/2012. All prizes will be despatched within two weeks of confirmation.
7. The prize
7.1 The first winner picked will receive: Me to You Freshly Made for You figurine worth £80.00. The second winner picked will receive: Me to You Where to Guv? Figurine worth £65.00. The third winner picked will receive: a selection of Me to You products worth £25.00. The address you provide with your Competition entry will be used to send prizes so please make sure that it is correct.
7.2 All prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative is available for any prize. In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, CBG reserves the right to substitute a prize which it may determine as being of equal value.
7.3 All prizes suitable for ages 3+.
8. Winner publicity
8.1 Entrants accept that, if they win, CGB will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this Competition and for related promotional purposes. Entrants may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
9. Entries
9.1 All entries will become the property of CBG on its receipt of them and will not be returned. Entrants hereby assign to CBG all worldwide copyright and like rights in their entries and waive all moral rights.
9.2 Entries and information submitted by entrants must be personal to and relate specifically to you. Each entrant herby warrants that his or her submission and all information which the entrant submits will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing or threatening. If relevant, CBG reserve the right, but not the obligation to screen, filter and/or monitor information provided by you and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove the same.
10. Winning entry details
10.1 The name of the winners and the winning entry will be sent to anyone who writes within 3 months after the closing date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to the address in Rule 1 above, requesting details of the winning entry.
11. Data privacy
11.1 Personal information about prize winners will be shared with CBG’s agents to the extent necessary for prizes to be delivered to prize winners.

11.3 All personal data relating to the Competition entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
12. Rules
12.1 By submitting their entry, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms.
12.2 CBG cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition as a result of accepting any prize. Nothing shall exclude CBG’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
12.3 Events may occur that render the Competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible because of reasons beyond the control of CBG and accordingly CBG may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to CBG as a result thereof.
12.4 Please retain a copy of these rules for your reference.
12.5 The Competition and Terms will be exclusively governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
