Ask a grown up to help you with this recipe for delicious cookies!

You will need:
180g butter, 115g caster sugar, 225g self raising flour, chocolate chips for eyes, blue sweeties for nose
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 5.
Using a wooden spoon, mix the sugar and butter together in a bowl until creamy. Add the flour a little at a time, mixing well until it’s all blended into a nice doughy ball.
Flour your work surface lightly, then use a rolling pin to roll the dough to about 1cm thick. Using a round cutter, cut out as many circles as you can from the dough. Place these on a greased baking tray, leaving a good distance between each.
Now, using the leftover dough, you can make the ears. Roll ear sized balls and press them into place on the edge of each dough circle.
Using a cocktail stick, mark out the bear’s muzzle and patch. Now you’re ready to bake.
Place the baking tray in the oven for 15-18 minutes, then remove and leave to cool. Using the black icing, pipe on two little eyes and a dot to stick on his sweets nose. Then, simply enjoy!
