Delete Your Account
To deactivate your account please follow the steps below. WARNING: deactivating your account means all of your points will be deleted and any associated discount at the online shop will be removed.
1. Click the ‘Sign-in’ at the top of any page on the website
2. Click on the ‘My profile’ link under your name at the top of the page
3. Click on the ‘Settings’ tab
4. In the ‘Delete Your Account’ box enter the password and press ‘DELETE MY ACCOUNT’
5. You will receive an on-screen message confirming that your account has been deleted
Forgotten Your Password
Forgotten your password? Don’t worry - just click on the link on the sign-in form, type in your email address and press ‘Send’. Then check your inbox for a message from us, telling you how to reset your password. You’ll just need to sign in and you will automatically be directed to Your Profile, where you can change your password to something more memorable.
Editing Your Profile
Editing Your Profile allows you to turn email alerts on or off, update your personal details or delete your account. Just go to the ‘Settings’ tab under Your Profile. Your Profile can be found by clicking on your name at the top of the page.
Changing your Appearance
You can change your appearance as often as you like within Your Profile. Your Profile can be found by clicking on your name at the top of the page. Select a new character from the list by selecting the option button beside it, or change your colour scheme by selecting from the colour palette. Just remember to click on ‘Save Your Appearance’ to update your chosen changes.
Setting your nickname
You can set your nickname by going to the ‘Settings’ tab under Your Profile. Your Profile can be found by clicking on your name at the top of the page. Your nickname will appear in your public profile next to your character – so please make sure it’s a nickname you’re happy with, and one which won’t offend anyone. Just enter your chosen nickname and click the ‘Update Your Details’ link.
Changing your password
You can change your password by going to the ‘Settings’ tab under Your Profile. Your Profile can be found by clicking on your name at the top of the page. The ‘Change Your Password’ feature can be found at the bottom of the page.
Downloading Rewards
We reward regular users of Tatty Teddy’s site with points, which build up to give you FREE downloads. You’ll find your first download waiting for you the moment you register with us, and the next download will become available once you reach a certain points level. You can find out how to earn more points in the ‘Earning Points and Ratings’ section.
Using the Calendar
The ‘Calendar’ tab under Your Profile gives you access to your personal Tatty Teddy calendar. Your Profile can be found by clicking on your name at the top of the page. You will be able to see events added by Me to You, and you can add your own events too. To do this, move your cursor over a chosen date and click the ‘Add Event’ link that appears. Simply fill in the event details, click ‘Add Event’ and it will appear on your calendar. To edit events, just select the event and update the details in the ‘Edit Event’ form. You can also select ‘Delete’ to remove an event altogether.
Earning Points & Ratings
Your current points total appears inside the star beside your user name once you’ve signed in. There are various points levels to reach, and every time you move up a level we will let you know. It’s well worth earning extra points, as they can unlock downloadable rewards and increase your level of discount in the CBG Online Store. Points can be earned by visiting the site, joining discussions, playing games and uploading stories, photos, activities and recipes. When you upload items, other users can ‘rate’ it, by clicking on the heart and adding their ‘like’ for the item. To receive points, your item needs to be rated a certain number of times . . . and the higher the number of ‘likes’ the more points you can collect.
Uploading Content
We love to see your submissions of photos, stories, activities and recipes. It’s very easy to upload – just go to ‘Your Stories’, ‘Crafts’, ‘Recipes’ or ‘Photo Gallery’ and click on the link. You’ll be asked to select an image file, give it a title, and type in the craft/recipe instructions or story, and press ‘Send’. It’s as simple as that. We’re a very busy site, so it’s not always possible to publish your submissions, but if we do we’ll let you know so you can tell all your friends!
