Access to and use of this site (’www.carteblanchegreetings.com/metoyou.com’) is provided by Carte Blanche Greetings Ltd (CBG) subject to the following terms:

1. By using carteblanchegreetings.com/metoyou.com you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of metoyou.com. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use carteblanchegreetings.com/metoyou.com.
2. CBG may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by CBG. Your continued use of carteblanchegreetings.com/metoyou.com after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

5. carteblanchegreetings.com/metoyou.com content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to CBG, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided “AS IS” and on an “IS AVAILABLE” basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law), including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
6. CBG will not be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, or any damages arising from use or loss of use, data or profits, whether in contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising from or in connection with the use of carteblanchegreetings.com/metoyou.com.
7. CBG does not warrant that functions contained in carteblanchegreetings.com/metoyou.com content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that carteblanchegreetings.com/metoyou.com or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.



Intellectual Property

8. The names, images and logos identifying CBG, Me to You, third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of CBG and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of CBG, or any other third party.



Contributions to carteblanchegreetings.com/metoyou.com

9. Where you are invited to submit any contribution to carteblanchegreetings.com/metoyou.com (including any text, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant CBG a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in CBG’s Privacy Policy. If you do not want to grant to CBG the rights set out above, please do not submit your contribution to carteblanchegreetings.com/metoyou.com.
10. Further to paragraph 9, by submitting your contribution to carteblanchegreetings.com/metoyou.com, you:
    
    1. warrant that your contribution:
       
       • is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to CBG for all the purposes specified above;
       • is not defamatory;
       • does not infringe any law;
    2. indemnify CBG against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by CBG as a result of your breach of the above warranty;
    3. waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on carteblanchegreetings.com/metoyou.com and the purposes specified above.
    
    
11. If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on carteblanchegreetings.com/metoyou.com then the latter shall prevail.
12. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
13. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Me to You Market Stall Competition (the “Competition”)
Competition Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”)
1. General
1.1 This Competition will run from 7th December 2009 (the “Start Date”) to 31st March 2010 (the “Closing Date”).
1.2 The Promoter of this Competition is Carte Blanche Greetings Limited, Unit 3 Chichester Business Park, Chichester, West Sussex, PO20 2FT (“CBG”).
2. To enter
2.1 Entries should be submitted on the prescribed entry form and sent to CBG at the address in Rule 1.  Entries through agents or third parties will be invalid.
2.2 All entries for the Competition must be received no later than midnight on the Closing Date to be eligible for selection.
2.3 No purchase is necessary to enter this Competition.
3. Winner announcement
3.1 The winner will be announced in Carte Blanche Greetings, head office the week commencing 5th April 2010 and the winner will be notified personally as soon as practicable either before or after this date as indicated in Rule 10.
4. Eligibility
4.1 The Competition is open to all United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 or over as at the Start Date and the date on which the winner is selected (inclusive), excluding employees of CBG or partner or any of their wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of this Competition, or any member of their households.
5. Validity
5.1 There is a limit of one entry per person.
CBG does not accept responsibility for lost, damaged or illegal entries.  Illegible entries will be invalid and proof of sending/mailing is not proof of receipt.  Correspondence will be entered into only at the discretion of CBG.
5.2 Late, illegible or defaced entries will not be accepted.
6. To win
6.1 The winning entries will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by CBG or its agents on 5th April 2010.
6.2 CBG will endeavour to provide the prize winner with confirmation that they have won a prize by 9th April 2010.  CGB will endeavour to dispatch all prizes within 23rd April 2010.
6.3 CBG’s decision regarding the determination of the winners will be final.
7. The prize
7.1 There will be one first prize of a set of 4 figurines from the Market Stall Collection and signed by the artist, Steve Mort-Hill.
7.2 All prizes are non-transferrable.  No cash alternative is available for any prize.  In the unlikely event that a prize should become unavailable, CBG reserves the right to substitute a prize which it may determine as being of equal value.
7.3 All prizes for ornamental use only . Not a toy, keep out of the reach of children.
8. Winner publicity
8.1 Entrants accept that, if they win, CBG will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, town of residence and likeness for the purposes of announcing the winner of this Competition and for related promotional purposes.  Entrants may be required to participate in post-event publicity.
9. Entries
9.1 All entries will become the property of CBG on receipt and will not be returned.  Entrants hereby assign to CBG all worldwide copyright and like rights in their entries and waive all moral rights.
10. Winning entry details
10.1 The name of the winners will be sent to anyone who writes within 3 months after the Closing Date, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to CBG at the address in Rule 1 above, requesting details of the winners.
11. Data privacy
11.1 Personal information about prize winners will be shared with CBG’s agents to the extent necessary for prizes to be delivered to prize winners.
11.2 Please write to CBG at the address in Rule 1 if you specifically do not want to receive this information, or email CBG at .

11.4 All personal data relating to the Competition entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
12. Rules
12.1 By submitting their entry, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms.
12.2 CBG cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition as a result of accepting any prize.  Nothing shall exclude CBG’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
12.3 Events may occur that render the Competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible because of reasons beyond the control of CBG and accordingly CBG may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to CBG as a result thereof.
12.4 Please retain a copy of these rules for your reference.
12.5 The Competition and Terms will be exclusively governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
