My Blue Nose Friends

At the start of the process, we work closely with skilled sculptors to produce a perfect clay model.

We make many tiny adjustments, until all the expressions and poses fully capture the essence of the original Friend.

When we are completely happy with the look of the Friend, a silicon mould is made from the clay model.

The silicon mould is then used to make a white resin figurine.

Once the resin figurine has been taken from the silicon mould, any imperfections are removed in preparation for painting.

The resin character is then carefully hand-painted. Only the artists with the steadiest hands are allowed to work on My Blue Nose Friends!

Friends like Chip require a very steady painting hand indeed! Because each figurine is individually hand painted, every single one is unique.

Once dry, a soft flocking material is added to the Friend's features, to make the Figurine as tactile and attractive as possible.

Once all these elements have been completed to our satisfaction, the last, but most important detail can be added to each My Blue Nose Friend Figurine. You guessed it… a shiny bright blue nose!
