Me to You and My Blue Nose Friends are Hot Property in South America

Carte Blanche Greetings has signed Colombian licensing agent KOPA to market its best selling character brands Me to You and My Blue Nose Friends.
KOPA, based in the Colombian capital Bogota, will secure new opportunities to grow the brands across Central America, The Caribbean and Andean Countries.
Richard Edmondson, Commercial Director at Carte Blanche, said the deal was an important step in extending the global reach of both brands. Me to You, launched in 1995, has already achieved worldwide fame with its loveable character Tatty Teddy.
“Tatty Teddy is a unique bear with universal appeal,” said Richard. “His timeless messages of love and friendship transcend geographical boundaries. We’re confident that Me to You will prove hugely popular in this important territory.”
My Blue Nose Friends was launched by Carte Blanche in 2008 as a collectable plush brand and quickly extended into further categories including gifting, stationery and apparel.
“The brand has seen phenomenal success in the UK, with its irresistible mix of cute, cheekiness and charm.” said Richard. “The international potential for My Blue Nose Friends is immense, and we’re delighted to be partnering with KOPA to achieve a positive outcome in South America.”
