How much does it cost to send a message?
The great thing about NoPostie is that you can choose to either send one card for 99p or enjoy unlimited sending of beautiful animated messages for only £9.99 for 12 months. This annual subscription is great value, costing you less than £1 a month for unlimited use of the service.

How do I send an animated message with NoPostie?
There are four simple steps to sending a personalised animated message with NoPostie. ‘Take a Tour’ on the homepage to see how NoPostie makes it easy to keep in touch.

Can I download the animations?
No, but you can store your special animated messages forever in ‘My Messages’. This applies to messages sent, received or those that you’ve joined in on.

What are the system requirements for using NoPostie?
You will need to have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player to view the No Postie animations. To install it free click here http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/.

I’ve been sent a NoPostie message but I haven’t received it
It’s possible that your message was blocked by a spam filter. To ensure your special messages from NoPostie always arrive in your inbox, you can configure your spam filter and add to your list of allowed senders.

How do I contact NoPostie?
Just click on the Contact Us link which can be found on every page and submit your enquiry. Alternatively you can email us at .

How do I change my personal details or password?
You can edit your personal details by signing in to NoPostie and clicking on ‘Your Profile’ at the top of the page. You can upload or change your profile picture, turn email alerts on or off, change personal information or change your password. The ‘Change Your Password’ feature can be found in the middle of the page.

I’ve forgotten my password
Don’t worry – just click on the link on the sign-in form, type in your email address and press ‘Request reset’. Then check your inbox for a message from us, telling you how to reset your password. You’ll just need to sign in and you will automatically be directed to Your Profile, where you can change your password to something more memorable.

How do I cancel my annual subscription?
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time by signing in to NoPostie and clicking on ‘Your Profile’ . Go to ‘Delete your account’ and if you are certain that you want to close your account, enter your password in the box and click the ‘delete my account’ button. IMPORTANT: The cancellation of your subscription will take effect immediately. NoPostie cannot provide refunds where a subscription is cancelled before the expiry of the Subscription Period.

NoPostie subscription payments are processed by Sage Pay, a secure independent online payment service.

We accept payments from the following major credit cards, MasterCard, Visa, Solo, Switch, Maestro, Visa Electron and Delta.

No responsibility can be taken by Carte Blanche Greetings Ltd for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the website. When your payment has been authorised you will receive a receipt via email which you should keep as a reference as you may need to quote your transaction number at a later date if you have any queries regarding your account.
