We want you to be delighted with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order you can return your goods free of charge up to 14 days after receiving your order for an exchange or full refund. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. Please return items in the original unused condition: Except for faulty items, please ensure that all items are returned to us in a saleable condition with all Tags Intact. – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them.

On return please select one of the following as the reason for your return:
A) Item has manufacturing fault
B) Item damaged in transit
C) Item did not match description
D) Item delivered different from order
E) Item arrived too late
If you are returning your item due to reasons A-E as listed above, we will be more than happy to reimburse your full order including postage. If however you are returning an item as it is no longer wanted, only the value of your order will be refunded. You will not have any right to return any products that have been personalised, customised or otherwise modified at your request.

Unfortunately, due to the costs involved, the gift wrapping service charges for returned orders cannot be refunded.
